Who is Creecable ?

Creecable is a local Internet Service Provider serving the communities of Moosonee and Moose Factory by offering High Speed Internet services to approximately 900 homes and businesses. Creecable intends to stay up-to-par in technologies latest and newest developments so we can continue to provide our customers with the excellent quality of service that they are receiving..

Creecable is a service offered through a partnership of Moose Factory Cable Inc., Moosonee Cable TV Systems, Moose Band Development Corporation Ltd., and MoCreebec.

The Board of Directors on both Moosonee and Moose Factory Cable had considered and discussed various options involving the future and long term operations of the local cable companies. After several years of planning, the existing cable systems in both communities where upgraded and expanded into a Hybrid Fiber Coaxial Networking System. This network system would become the backbone in providing high speed bandwidth services to homes, businesses, offices, public and commercial buildings in both communities. This Hybrid Fiber Coaxial Networking System has been in-service since the Spring of 2002.

Creecable offers High Speed Internet Access, Domain Name Hosting, and Web Hosting Services.

NEWS UPDATES:
NOTICE: INTERNET ISSUE To All Creecable Internet Customers As you have noticed, we are experiencing some significant delays with our internet speeds during peak hours over the course of the last few weeks. We have been informed that this issue lies in our upstream provider’s connection link between Sudbury and Toronto. Currently we are experiencing a reduction in bandwidth availability of over 20 Megs which has direct impact with our internet performance. At this time, we are waiting for our upstream provider to give us further information on when this issue will be resolved.
